Conservation house at 144 Moulmein Road which houses the Tuberculosis Control Unit of the Communicable Disease Centre at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. This house used to be the home of a Hakka businessman, Mr Lim Soo Ban, who passed away in December 1952.
