Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew proposing toast to People's Republic of China Senior Vice-Premier Teng Hsiao-Ping (Deng Xiaoping) during dinner hosted by PM Lee and Mrs Lee in honour of the Senior Vice-Premier and delegation at Istana. The Senior Vice-Premier is on a three-day visit to Singapore as part of a three-nation tour of South-East Asia that includes Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
