Boustead Institute, at junction of Anson Road and Tanjong Pagar Road, built in 1892 on land donated by the Tanjong Pagar Dock Company. The building served as a hostel for merchant seamen. It is now demolished. Tram bus on the left is number 2 Park at Tanjong Pagar Road to Geylang. Photo taken beside Block C Scotts Green Road.
