Vice-Chancellor of Open University, United Kingdom (OUUK) Sir John Daniel presenting graduand with degree at inaugural graduation ceremony of the Open University Degree Programme (OUDP) at Westin Stamford. The OUDP was run by Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) in tie-up with OUUK. In 2002, the OUDP was renamed SIM Open University Centre (SIM-OUC) when OUUK granted SIM accreditation status. SIM-OUC eventually evolved to become UniSIM in 2005.
