Synopsis
Interest in Tamil language. Attracted by reformist ideas on caste. Scripts he wrote for radio, all rejected. Established Rational Dramatic Troupe. How Sarangapany helped him to stage a play. Put up "Broken Bangles" where special stage effects were installed. Wanted to bring all Indian drama groups together. In 1970, formed Singapore Indian Artistes Association. Decline in appeal of drama.
