About Project

Continuing from where the Pioneers of Singapore project left off, this project documents the history of Singapore's business leaders, including second-generation leaders in family-owned businesses, leaders in multinational corporations who have been in Singapore for at least two decades and other entrepreneurs. Among those who were interviewed include self-made businessmen born in early 20th century Singapore and regional entrepreneurs who managed to bring their businesses beyond our shores. These individuals played a part in shaping the economic landscape of Singapore.
