RELOCATION OF SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICE AND SCHOOL DENTAL SERVICE TO THE NEW INSTITUTE OF HEALTH FROM 30 MARCH 1998
The School Health Service at 226 Outram Road, Singapore 169039 and the School Dental Service at Hyderabad Road, Singapore 119571 will be relocated to the new Institute of Health at 3 Second Hospital Avenue, Singapore 168937 with effect from 30 March 1998.
The Dental Clinic at Institute of Dental Health at Hyderabad Road will close from 28 March 1998. The public is advised that government dental services are available at the dental clinics in the following polyclinics:-
