  • Synopsis :

    The Selegie House is the 5th tallest modern housing in Singapore in 1963. The flats feature state-of-the-art elevators, telecommunications and sanitary systems. Suitably located near town, the flat overlooks the nearby shoreline as well as city view. It has well-planned environmental designs as well as amenities for its residents. The tape also include interviews with the residents in Hokkien on the new life in Selegie House, and about the future and hopes under the federation of Malaya.
