Synopsis :

Liqun, a school teacher, is financially tight, but his wife, Minhua, needs an urgent operation to save her life. In desperation, he robs a man named Shiqing who carries a bag containing company money one night. Shiqing later makes a police report but he is suspected of embezzling the money from the company. As Shiqing is the sole breadwinner in a poor family, his aged parents, young kids and pregnant wife will suffer if he is convicted of the crime. Upon learning that, Liqun decides to own up. While Liqun is serving a jail sentence, Shiqing visits him and offers help to him.
