The correspondence also contains: 1) copy of the Draft Act; 2) extract from Mr Bonham on the proposed rates of tonnage; 3) letter by T Church on imposition of anchorage or tonnage dues on vessels; 4) note on the subject of 'Port Duties being taken up in its bearing generally upon all the Ports of India'; and 5) extract from the Proceedings of the Honorable the President in Council in the General Dept -- Draft of Act.
