This hand-written traditional Chinese medicine manuscript is a family heirloom of Mr Tong Yen Tien, the Managing Director of Tong Jum Chew Pte Ltd, one of the largest TCM medication manufacturer and distributor in Singapore. The book was handwritten by Mr Tong's late father from knowledge imparted to him by his father (Mr Tong�s grandfather). Mr Tong's father had to take down everything his father taught him, as no traditional Chinese medicine textbooks were available at the time. The manuscript's content include: fundamentals in TCM, acupuncture, TCM prescription for various ailments, the Tong's family tree etc, c.1930s
