He also reinforces the need to remove the Ex-King of Queda from Prince of Wales Island to 'cultivate understanding and good will with the Siamese' as drawn out by the Treaty. 2) Letter to D Hill, Chief Secretary to Government at Fort St George, on the reduction of allowances and expenses at Penang.
