Reports on the incident in Jan-Feb in which 2 Japanese and 2 'apparent' Arabs got onto Pulau Bukum and started small fires. Three seized a small boat and took hostages. After negotiations, the highjackers flew with 13 Singaporean officials to Kuwait. The 13 left the plane there which flew onto Aden.
