Details of prisoners who suffered punishments in POW camps at Singapore, Thailand and Mukden (Manchuria). Statement by Lt Adams on his capture. On 15 Feb 1942 he was ordered to report to Newton Road which was at the time the Rear HQ of the 18th Division. The following day they were escorted by the Japanese to a field on the Bukit Timah Road which was being used as a concentration area for captured British personnel. He was imprisoned at Changi, Sime Road and various camps in Thailand and Manchuria. Details of escape organisation in the camps and some of the escapes.
