Public statement by Ly Singko on the the circumstances in which he has writed editorials in Nanyang Siang Pau which are inflammatory, with the intent to incite the Chinese to violent reactions through the fear for the Chinese language's future. He revealed that it was Mr Lee Eu Seng, proprietor of the Nanyang Siang Pau who instructed him so. It also includes his regret on his actions.
