Report are in two parts, Part I Political Intelligence Review covers matters such as Communism, Malay/Indonesian Affairs, Indian Affairs, Chinese Affairs, Siam, Sino/Malay relations, Russian activities and general comments (usually on the activities of individuals suspected of Communist sympathies) and Part II Security Intelligence discusses the latest information on the Malayan Communist Party (MCP), the Chinese Liberations Army, the KMT. Also included is correspondence, reports sent to and minutes of meetings of various intelligence and security bodies.
