Documents include details of the fire caused by an explosion on board the 'Dromus' during the time she was loading inflammable oil at the wharf on Pulau Bukum. The forepart of the vessel and the wharf became engulfed in flames. Notes on the actions taken by the crew and the fire fighters which avoided the conflagration spreading to the other ships and the oil installations.
