Order of battle envisaged in JPS 119 was considered deficient. The paper entitled, "Operations against Malayan Peninsula" pertains to plans to secure a bridgehead at Port Swettenham/Port Dickson and advance southwards to Singapore. Concept of operations included details on landing of ships on beaches and aircraft on airfields. The paper included assessments of the implications of weather on land, sea and air operational plans.
