UMAR PULAVAR TAMIL SCHOOL
Minister for Foreign Affairs and Labour S Rajaratnam speaking at the charity concert of Umar Pulavar Tamil High School 25th Anniversary celebrations. The school first started as Umar Pulavar Tamil School in 1946, and was renamed Umar Pulavar Tamil High School in 1960 after a new three-storey building was completed. It was eventually closed in 1982.
