"RESTRICTED ZONE" STRUCTURES AT BENCOOLEN STREET
"Restricted Zone" overhead structures at Bencoolen Street built under the Area Licensing Scheme (ALS) in 1975 to manage traffic congestion. It was replaced by Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) in 1998. OG Albert and Sim Lim Square now stand to the left and right of the overhead structure.
