How he started working with Dr Goh Keng Swee at the Chartered Industries of Singapore (CIS). Anecdote on why he had to bring a rifle to Dr Goh’s office in the early 1970s. Anecdote on his report to Dr Goh on the export sales of ammunition to Switzerland in the mid-1970s. Anecdote on a joint project CIS had with the Thai military, 1976-1977.
