This map shows, as stated in the continuation of the title, the Peninsula of India, on the side of the Ganges or Hindoostan, the several partitions of the Mogul's Empire, the Dominions of the English East India Company in the Provinces of Bengal, Bahar and Orixa, and upon the coasts of Malabar and Coromandel; with the French and Dutch Possessions according to the Peace of 1783: and beyond the Ganges, the Kingdoms of Assam, Cashar, Ava, Aracan, Mien, Pegu, Siam, Lao and Cambodia, etc, southern China, Dominions of Tibet, Nepaul (Nepal), Malaya Peninsula, Johor, part of Sumatra and Borneo,(Selen Diva) Ceylon, Hainan, provinces, cities, towns, lakes, rivers, lslands, highlands in pictorial form, communication lines, Lahaur (Lahore), Dehly (Delhi), Bombay, Madras or Fort St George, Colombo, Calcutta, Martaban, Pegu, Ava, Bankok (Bangkok), Ponomping (Phnom Penh), Malacca, Achen (Aceh), Indus, Ganges, Menan (Chao Phraya), Menam Kom (Mekong),Arabian Sea, Gulf or Bay of Bengal, Indian Ocean, Gulf of Siam, Gulf of Tonkin, China Sea, Straits of Malacca, Straits of Sincapore (Singapore) and others.
