It shows residential areas, Bukit Brown 1971 Master Plan: Chinese Cemetery, area marked for special use, Flagstaff House at Kheam Hock Road, part of golf course, university campus, 1971 Master Plan: Bukit Timah Estate, Adam Park, Watten Park, Chinese High School and other schools, pockets of commercial areas, catchment area, open spaces, community buildings, planning districts, a planning district off Adam Road with increase in residential density in persons per hectare, major traffic routes, existing roads and proposed roads, tracks and others.
