Appointment of Mr H De Onraet, CMG as Inspector General of Police attached to HQ C.C.A.O.

His job was to review the position of the Police Forces in Malaya and Singapore (including CID, Special Branch and Civil Security), and to make recommendations to future re-organisation of the Police Force. He was appointed in November 1945, and by January 1946 he claimed to have finish his job and requested to be relinquished from his post.
