The contents of the file are mainly correspondences pertaining to:
1) School enrolment data and requests to start additional classes due to increasing enrolment. Separately, there were also requests to build additional classrooms on a rubber estate which was a private property and convert existing office space into classrooms. 2) School inspection reports by inspectors of schools. These reports covered areas like teaching & learning, enrolment, facilities & equipment, extra-curricular activities, etc. 3) Safety and hygiene requirements issued by the health officers upon inspections of schools. Other-related correspondences include follow-up correspondences to indicate compliance. 4) Accommodation certificates for the classrooms 5) Seeking approval for employment of additional teaching and non-teaching staff, conduct of evening and holiday classes, etc 6) Clarifications relating to financial accounts of the school
