The contents include: 1) Draft constitutions of the various societies seeking registration 2) Proposals from the various societies seeking registration, detailing their objectives and plans 3) Comments and discussion notes on the various proposals and draft constitutions 4) Model rules for a society 5) Lists of officer bearers and their application forms 6) Newspaper cuttings 7) Correspondences between the Registrar of Societies and the Ministry of Education (MOE), mostly on seeking updates and clarifications. In some cases, MOE had also sought views from other agencies before deciding whether to the approve applications.
