Continuation of previous files on the rolling out of library services to housing estates, in partnership with Community Centres. Correspondence to various CCs to inquire if they would consider allowing mobile library services to use their premises as service points. Considerations included space in the CC to house book stock in case of a vehicle breakdown, the popularity and usage of the CC, distance from the nearest library service point, and accessibility of the centre to the mobile van.
