Administrative arrangements include (a) securing of Victoria Theatre for the conference’s opening (b) securing of the National Library’s hall and rooms for the conference (c) securing of board and lodging for participants from Malaya (d) hiring of secretaries to submit the full report of each language session and its translation into English and the other three languages (e) payments for facilities and services.
