  • Synopsis :

    This programme features  the story of Katong where the Peranakans and the Eurasians have formed strong community ties and where landmarks such as the Tay Buan Guan shopping centre, Roxy theatre and Red House bakery  remind us of the area. It examines whether Katong still holds the same charm  as before,  with the emergence of new shopping centres and the reclamation  of the East  Coast.
