Synopsis :Three segments covered in this programme:
1. Car Policy - looks at the introduction of the Additional Registration Fee (ARF) to restrain the growth of the car population, and the Preferential Additional Registration Fee (PARF) incentive.
2. Price Tagging - looks at the practice of price tagging consumer items and why some retailers choose not to label their goods with price tags.
3. Public Toilets - looks at the poor state of public toilets in Singapore, and solicits the views of public on why toilets may be unclean.
