    1. Two cases of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) are reported at the National Cancer Centre.
    2. The Ministry of Health reports that one more person has died from SARS in Singapore.

    4. Singapore is the first country in the world to use thermal imaging system at its airport to spot travellers with a fever.
    5. The World Health Organisation (WHO) says China had failed to report all known cases and the capital Beijing could have five times the official number.
    6. Key European leaders have teamed up to urge a central United Nations (UN) role in post-war Iraq.
