In this recording he is still on the space industry. He believes that the 150 odd nations in the world, including Singapore, who are not directly involved in the space enterprise, could still benefit from the development of the 'new economic front'. He asks Singapore businessmen to start thinking on space and 'happy days will come again' for them and Singapore.
