Synopsis :Minister for Foreign Affairs S Rajaratnam gives a press conference before he leaves for Bali to attend the 12th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on 28-30 June 1979.
He first gives an introductory statement where he stresses the meeting will discuss only one very important topic, that is Vietnam.
He then takes questions from the press which are related to Vietnam's move into Kampuchea, ASEAN's stand to ensure its survival, military support from America and other countries, real cause of refugee problem.
Present at the press conference is a Thai official, very likely Thailand's foreign minister (there is no introduction of who are at the press briefing). The Thai minister gives some answers occasionally.
