Synopsis :

This programme, the seventh in the radio series 'Outlook', discusses Phase II of Singapore's industrialisation programme. It examines the quality progress made in the industrialisation programme and how various institutions of higher learning in Singapore re-organise or reorientate their training/teaching programmes to meet the changing trends and manpower needs.
