Synopsis :The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry for Culture, Fong Sip Chee, receives the collection of 60 bird photographs on behalf of the ministry and the National Museum. The photographs were taken by the late Dato Loke Wan Tho, film magnate, philanthropist and ornithologist. His bird studies have appeared in many international exhibitions.
