Synopsis :Britain's Secretary of State for Defence Denis Healey gives a press conference before leaving Singapore. In his brief introductory statement he says he has a 'valuable morning in Singapore'. He is briefed by Britain's Commander-in-Chief about the military position in the Far East and he has a long private meeting with Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew. He then takes a few questions from the press.
