    This is a recording of a press conference held by D. P. Karmarkar, Leader of an Indian Goodwill Delegation, before the delegation's departure from Singapore. The press conference is held at the Adelphi Hotel. In his speech at the press conference, Mr Karmarkar gives an account of the background to the Goodwill Delegation and its purpose and achievements. He also describes his country's foreign policy.
