Synopsis :This was a recording of a press conference held by Lord Louis Mountbatten in 1965 when he visited Singapore, one of the stops which he made during his fact - finding tour to the region. Amongst other things, his press conference touched on subjects such as the Indonesian Confrontation, the British Defence Agreement with Malaysia etc.
