Synopsis :The Minister for Culture S Rajaratnam said this was the third 10-men exhibition opened by him and noted that it has grown to 11 people, with the addition of a guest artist.
Scenes from Thailand, Cambodia, and Singapore were shown at the exhibition in the Victoria Memorial Hall. After the speech, there was a brief message in Chinese, followed by an English translation.
